TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES

Similar to interpreting and translations, transcription is the method used to transfer media such as, audio tape, audio CD and video onto a written document in the language of your choice. 

Like all our translations, we do not use translation software to accomplish this service; we use real people in order to get an accurate and accomplished document.

We only use Qualified, Registered or Certified Interpreters and transcriptionist that will best suit your needs.  Also, with our free proofreading service, we can assure that you are receiving accurate and professionally written work.

COMPETITIVE PRICE

Terrel-Cravenho & Associates, Inc., provides you the quality transcription services at a fair price!  You  may request to have a media source transcribed into a different language OR in the same language as the source itself.  Whatever the case, our rates will remain consistently the same.  Simple.  Simple for us and simple for you, our valued customer!

Now for the burning question...How much will this cost me? 

RATES   

PLAN A:   Unfortunately, one hour of audio or video does not equal one hour of transcription work.  Depending on the quality of audio and or video, one hour of this media could easily take 3 to 5 hours of transcription time.  Nevertheless, here TC&A Inc., expect to pay the low rate of $35.00 per transcription hour.      
We recommend this plan if your audio/video is a very clear and concise recording.

PLAN B:  This is a $249.00 flat rate per hour of your audio or video source.  For example:  If your audio source is 1 hour in length, your cost would be $249.00.  Two hours in length, your cost would be $498.00 and so on.  This is an excellent choice if your audio or video is bad quality.  This plan allows you to project your cost in advance and not be overwhelmed.  

PLAN C:  Not to worry, if you initially request PLAN B and at the end of the work we discover it would have been more feasible to use PLAN A, we will convert your request to PLAN A to give you the lower rate and vice versa.   

In addition, we do not hike up the fees for your foreign language transcriptions, expedient deadlines, or media sources.

If you chose Terrel-Cravenho & Associates, Inc., you chose quality and accuracy.  We will have your transcribed documents completed and returned to you in the shortest amount of time possible, which generally is within 72 hours.  Also, we will accommodate your last minute requests without any additional charges to you, our valued customer.
